This Resident Evil 4 Remake Separate Ways (Ada) DLC Speedrun Walkthrough shows the full expansion on Professional Difficulty with S+ Rank. Beating the Ada DLC on Pro difficulty with S+ rank unlocks the trophy/achievement: Ada the "S+"py In order to get S+ on Professional you must complete it in under 2:30:00 with 10 or fewer saves, and it must be on a first playthrough (no NG+). You can use both the Elite Knife and Chicago Sweeper if they are unlocked, however this playthrough only uses the Elite Knife. If you want to make it easier for yourself, complete an NG+ Professional playthrough first to unlock the Chicago Sweeper. Restarting checkpoints (hitting "retry" after death) adds to your time! It won't reset time on checkpoint restart. A workaround is to quit to main menu and reload the last save from there. If something goes wrong quit out to the main menu (pause game, press "end"), then click "load game" and choose an autosave or manual save.
