Cities skylines 2 wish list

With the announcement of CS2 I wish that the game will encourage the player to build mixed zones I love the first game but punishing players for building commercial zones next residential was stupid, my cities felt more like average America city than what I wanted to build ( Soviet style by blocks) that being said I'm excited about the game can't wait to play it
